!! THIS EVENT IS FULL !!   If you want to join the waiting list, send an email to info@youngprocurement.com.

We are excited to invite you, as young procurement professional, to join us at our upcoming even at ASML for an exclusive session on one of the most strategic decisions in procurement: make-or-buy.

Make-or-buy is one of the most fundamental concepts in procurement and supply chain management. It helps organizations determine whether products, components, or services should be developed and produced internally, or sourced from external suppliers. While the theory itself is well established, not many companies have applied it in practise.

To explore how this theory comes to life in a real-world setting, we are visiting ASML, one of the world’s leading high-tech companies. Operating in a highly complex and innovative environment, ASML continuously makes critical make-or-buy decisions that shape its operations. During this event, participants will gain insights into how these decisions are approached in practice, the challenges involved, and the important role procurement plays in supporting business strategy and innovation.

This event offers a unique opportunity for young procurement professionals to connect theory with practice, learn from experienced procurement professionals and enjoy networking drinks.

This event has a maximum amount of 40 participants.
