These booking terms apply to all Events organized by the Nevi Young Procurement Professionals (hereinafter: “YPP”). These booking terms have been last updated on March 4th, 2018.
Booking: The process of completing and submitting the booking form for a YPP Event on www.youngprocurement.com.
Event: All activities organized by YPP for its Members that are visible in the event section on the YPP website.
Member: The person having a registered profile at the YPP website.
Participant: The person who has completed it’s a Booking for a YPP Event and received confirmation by YPP.
Website: The website of YPP: www.youngprocurement.com; hereinafter: YPP Website.
Bookings for Events can be made via the Website. Please select the Event that you would like to attend and click on the “Book now!” button and follow the instructions step by step.
A Booking is completed and you will be registered as Participant after you receive a booking confirmation email from YPP.
The booking confirmation is emailed within 1 working day after the booking is received by YPP. When you do not receive a booking confirmation within 1 working day please contact us via email.
Most Events are free of charge for Members. When fees apply to events this will be clearly stated in the Event details on the Website. Fees are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be shown separately on the invoice.
CANCELLATION OF FREE EVENTS
Since most of our Events are free of charge and hence are funded by YPP and its hosts we hope and trust all Participants that registered for the Event are joining the Event. In case of cancellation by Participant less than 3 working days before the Event date YPP reserves the right to charge a fee of €25,- to cover YPP costs.
Cancellations made more than 3 working days in advance of the Event date can be done via the bookings section of the Website. All cancellations made less than 3 working days before the Event date must be received in writing via firstname.lastname@example.org.
CANCELLATION OF EVENTS WITH A FEE
When a Booking has been confirmed by YPP for an Event where a fee applies and which is subsequently cancelled by Participant, the Participant will be liable for the following charges:

Cancellations made more than 4 weeks in advance of the Event date can be done via the bookings section of the Website. All cancellations made 0 – 4 weeks before the Event date must be received in writing via email@example.com.
CANCELLATION OF EVENTS BY YPP
YPP reserves the right to amend or cancel any Event, Event times, Event dates or Event prices. Changes to Event prices, times and dates will be advised before the Event start date and any Event already paid in full will not be subject to the increased price.
YPP does not accept any liability for reimbursement of any costs incurred whatsoever by Participant in relation to its Events.
When an Event where a fee applies is cancelled, participates will be offered a refund.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
YPP may from time to time photograph/film its events for use in future publicity and marketing materials for the promotion of YPP. If you do not wish your photograph to be published, please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org at the time of making your Booking.
These booking terms shall be governed by Dutch Law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably, shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
