A Real Life Case : YPP @ Eneco

‘Even a 1000 league journey starts with the first step’

On the 13th of January YPP have been invited by CPO Willem van Oppen to visit Eneco in Rotterdam.

This is a unique chance for a YPPer to help Eneco think about the tranformation they want to make within their purchasing group.

• What does this transition mean for the current organisation?
• What are the prerequisits that need to be met?
• What does this mean for Operations and purchasing support in relation to the categories?
• How do you manage that the concept that is thought of at process level, works on shopfloor level?

What would you do if you were the CPO at Eneco?

Enought to discuss and perhaps disagree with. YPP vision as outsider, speed of thinking and challenging opinions are a prerequisite to join!
