Looking back @ Company Clinic Holland Casino
On Tuesday May 19th the first YPP members participated in a Company Clinic at Benefit. Holland Casino was invited to share their interesting journey of the last years. Maarten Bougie, Procurement Manager of Holland Casino, gave a presentation on the challenges that the procurement department of Holland Casino faces and how his team adapted to the new restructured organization.
After the presentation the group was split for two workshops. In interactive sessions Holland Casino challenged the participants to contribute in discussions on the following topics:
– How can a central procurement organization contribute to local entrepreneurship?
– Selling procurement to the internal organization.
After a short recap of the workshops the official part of the Benefit Company Clinic ended and it was time for drinks.
