An afternoon in discussion with Maersk

On the 3rd of April 2019, together with Maersk, we organise the second event of this year.

Maersk is an integrated container logistics company working to connect and simplify its customers’ supply chains. As the global leader in shipping services, the company operates in 130 countries and employs roughly 70,000 people.

In 2014 YPP and Maersk jointly organized a very successful study trip to Maersk headquarters in Denmark. Now it is time for a follow-up!

The topic for this event is: “How to maintain cost focus in a market with high mutual dependency”.

The high-level agenda will be as follows:

  • Introduction about Maersk, and Maersk Procurement
  • Explanation on developments and challenges Maersk faces in their focus on value creation and relationship management
  • Break-out session – sharing experiences and possible solutions
  • Get back together to share results from break-out session
  • Drinks

The number of spaces for this event is limited to 20. In order to get fruitful discussions, we are looking for a mixed group of participants. Therefore, your registration is not final until after receiving an official e-mail from YPP, confirming your participation.
