Stephanie Kortlever

Stephanie Kortlever holds a Bachelor’s degree in international business administration and a Master of Science degree in Marketing Management. She joined the board in 2021.

After completing her study, she started working as a project leader at an installation company in the Rotterdam area, where she got acquainted with the basic principles of purchasing and contracts.

Since 2018 she works at Qando as a Digital Procurement Consultant, focusing on the digitalization of procurement processes. She has fulfilled several procurement assignments on a tactical level as well as implementations and optimalizations of Procurement software and processes, in both public and private companies.

In her spare time she enjoys doing CrossFit and social gatherings. At YPP she is committed to develop the young procurement community, using the social media channels.

Odile van Onzenoort

Odile van Onzenoort joined the YPP Board in 2019. Odile holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Supply Chain Management. She started her career with a Procurement Traineeship at Royal Schiphol Group. After her traineeship, she worked in various (IT-)procurement roles at Schiphol. Since February 2022, Odile works as a category specialist Professional & Business Services at Heineken Netherlands Supply. As a YPP Board member she aims to organize events that contribute to the enrichment of knowledge and network of young procurement professionals.

Corien Rechiene Teles – Patty


Corien Rechiene Teles – Patty joined the board of YPP in 2019. Corien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She started her procurement career in the hotel industry. Later started working in the manufacturing industry and currently works at Tata Steel in IJmuiden as a Sourcing & Contract Lifecycle Manager for Capital Investments. Corien is interested in developments in Industry 4.0 and discovering ways to add value within the procurement function. In the board of YPP she aspires to extend the network of young procurement professionals and keeping profession colleagues connected to best practices and new developments within procurement.

Jochem Vreugdenhil

Jochem Vreugdenhil holds a Bachelor degree in Facility Management and a Minor Procurement Management. After accomplishing a thesis regarding Purchasing with Business Focus he rolled into the world of procurement and consultancy. In 2016 he started as a procurement consultant at In2talent. He fullfilled procurement projects at Servicepunt71, TU Delft, Ministery of Foreign Affairs and the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. After working 3 years as procurement consultant, he started working at Holland Inkoop Professionals (HIP) in 2019. Jochem is co-owner and partner of HIP, HIP is a distinctive purchasing consultancy office that focuses on solving personnel and substantive issues at clients.

Dick van Gendt


Dick van Gendt holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.After completing his Bachelor degree in 2010 he started working as a Purchaser for a Wholesaler that was focused on the Maritime Industry. During this job Dick felt in love for both the Procurement profession and the Maritime industry. What he loved most about this industry are the challenging projects and great variety of people you work with.After working for two years as a Purchaser Dick decided to move on to the next challenge which he found within Boskalis. Within Boskalis Dick gained the responsibility for the procurement of consumables and spare parts for 30 tugboats in West-Africa. Because of the good results and hard work the number of tugs and areas grew over the years, at the end of 2016 his team was handling the procurement for over more than 120 tugboats in Australia, the Middle East and West-Africa.

Koen van Wingerden

Koen van Wingerden holds a Bachelor degree in Logistics Management with a specialization in Procurement Management. After accomplishing his thesis regarding Supplier Relationship Management he rolled into the world of procurement and supply chain management.

Koen started his career as a Junior Buyer within the Central Procurement Department of Boskalis in which he got himself acquainted with the maritime sector and its suppliers. After working for one year as a Junior Buyer, Koen joined the Sourcing & Contract team as a Business Analyst and later on as a Lead Procurement Optimization. Within these rolls he is responsible for the optimization of procurement strategies, contracts and processes for various scopes of work (e.g. spare parts, services, external hire personnel and shipbuilding).

As a YPP Board Member he is committed to let young procurement professionals connect and share knowledge in order to further develop themselves within the field of procurement and supply chain management.
